I really do like Pfeffersal. Ok it's pricey but this is not a random treatment. Each treatment is bespoke and even if your skin conditions change between when you book the appointment and the day of the appointment, they will treat your skin following it needs. All therapists are very knowledgeable! Highly recommended

I went to Pfeffer Sal for the first time this morning and had the Welcome Essential facial. The experience was absolutely amazing, Nicola took extremely good care of me, listened and answered all my skin questions and I really appreciated hearing about all the different steps she was going through during my treatment. Cannot recommend enough, thank you again for your friendliness and professionalism, I will definitely be back!

Hands down, the best facials in London! Everyone who works there is so knowledgeable and having all your facials tailored to your needs is such a luxury! They did all my facials leading up to my wedding giving me gorgeous, clear and glowing skin. I absolutely love coming to Pfeffer Sal and recommend it to everyone! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

I arrived at Pfeffer Sal with the intention of having the Time Traveller facial, but under the expert guidance of my therapist opted for something a little less intense for my sensitive skin. It was a real luxury to have a treatment in this incredible beauty clinic. I felt well taken care of, listened to and in the safest of hands during my treatment. The prices are high, but the level of professionalism and the quality of ingredients in the products used are exceptionally high. I’ll be heading back again soon!

The ambuence is great and so is the whole facial experience. But with the way my face feels and looks i see no visible difference. I just had a shiny face after i left. Maybe if id bought the product ad ons they suggested then id see more of a difference. But the facial just didnt feel indepth and thorough enough for 150 pounds!

Had a facial here about 5 months ago and had the best experience I’ve ever had in London! The clinic is tucked away in a mews in Fitzrovia - a hidden gem in London. Such a lovely place and makes a nice change to the run of the mill clinics you find in the same area. I arrived for my facial and was warmly greeted by the receptionist. I was offered water and given a jug with a black stick in it which I later found out is charcoal to purify the water - very interesting and a nice touch. The clinic is beautiful and has a very calming feel to it. I had a Welcome Essential as it was my first visit which included scans of my skin. The scan gave me an insight on what was going on with my skin. My therapist was amazing - very knowledgable and tailor-made the facial to suit my skin and concerns. I was so relaxed I fell asleep half way through! The products felt amazing. There wasn’t any uncomfortable pushy sales at the end as you sometimes get in other places and I was given comprehensive advice on how to look after my skin. I was then contacted a few days later with an email listing my recommendations and some very helpful tips. The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional - the clinic is so relaxing and welcoming, the team is knowledgable and friendly, the treatment was worth every penny and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommended!! Amazing place!!

I went in for my first facial with Pfeffer Sal, I loved the friendly staff who were eager to answer questions and the ambience which was rustic & elegant. I particularly loved my therapist Joanna, she made sure to go through the steps of the procedure and took extra care to make sure my main concerns were dealt with during the facial. Will definitely be coming back next month. A must try for anyone in a self pampering mood!

I adore this place. I have rosacea and melasma and after one treatment (and advice on keeping my skin clean etc), and the use of their recommended products, the improvement to my skin was fantastic. I am never going to have perfect skin as I have done too much damage, but to know that the facials, and the products are improving my skin (and reducing flare ups and break outs) has been really reassuring and improved my confidence. I have the gently does it treatment and use the same therapist (Joanna), so we can keep track on what is working on my skin, adapt to what isn't and tweak the products each time I come in. I also (naughtily) push having the facials every 10 weeks as financially this is what works for me, and my skin can just about cope with this gap between treatments. Ultimately people have to find what works for them and give the treatments time to work, and skin to adapt to a new range of products. I can't wait for my next appointment.

Great facial! I left the salon with beautiful and clean skin with little to no redness! The technicians are very gentle but get the job done. I fully reccomend this place!

The facial wasn't bad. But NOT worth £150.00. Skin 'glows' right after because they slather it in oil and you look like a greasy mess. You look 'glowy' for that day only. No feeling of hydration or smoothness the days after. In fact, in left with scars. Very disappointing. The receptionist was very reserved and cold. It made me feel uncomfortable. After the facial I asked her about future treatments for acne scarring, so she mentioned the LED. This was part of my facial already but since it's a hood that covers your face, it made me feel very claustrophobic. I tried explaining this to her and she disregarded it and said 'well there's a science and technology behind it'. I wasn't doubting that it works, but just that I can't do it. She didn't offer an alternative and asked me to pay for the facial. I left very confused and upset. Its also been a few days now and I still haven't received an email about my next steps which they said I would have by now. Maybe it's because I look different. A few people I have spoken to who are like me have had similar views... An investigation should take place

Absolutely love this place.. a peaceful and relaxing sanctuary in the hustle and bustle of London. I was came to Pfeffer Sal looking to improve my skin in preparation for a fitness photoshoot to celebrate my fat loss journey. I have had 3 facials and an intensive course of LED treatments over the last 8 weeks and followed skincare / regime advice as recommended by my therapist Tracey. My skin has improved so much and has never looked better! I am absolutely blown away and looking forward future treatments as part of a regular routine.. totally worth the investment for gorgeous glowing skin!

Pfeffer sal is a hidden gem! Not only do they give brilliant facials, they have also taught me about my own skin and how best to look after it. I always come out of there happy with the service and with how my skin looks.

Have had a couple of facials here and it's always the most wonderful experience. Staff are kind, the whole experience feels personal and is hugely relaxing. After the facial and following their recommendations my breakouts have all but stopped. Highly recommend.

I have had a treatment almost every month and unfortunately, they didn't really work out for me. Customer service is sort of good until you get back to them about any skin issue you might have had post treatment or feedback. I had few unpleasent incidents in a span of roughly 1.5 years. I once had a breakout after a facial with Chloe, and was told by both Momo & Chloe that fasting for few days (less than a month) was responsible, as the skin doesn't get vitamins and nutrients (fasting was for few hrs in a day followed by normal diet). I was given a complimentary LED/ light therapy for few minutes. According to one of the therapists (Reluca), the reason for broken capillaries/ inflammation in skin was due to eating spices in food (without even asking me what kind of food I eat). However, research on fasting and spices have shown different results. I also had treatments with Aleksandra and Michelle, both were friendly and would listen to your concerns. Also, I'm left with 2 small scars and a mark post extraction, which can be seen with naked eye only. I didn't go back to the clinic as scars do not go away and they didn't accept that the extraction went wrong. As always, the team insisted scarring isn't possible due to their treatment and they take skin concerns very seriously. It is important to learn about different cultures and give sound scientific advice. Also accept that a treatment can have adverse reaction and work towards a solution.

I go to Pfeffer Sal as regularly as I can afford. The facialists are all incredibly skilled and well-informed, tailoring the treatments to your own personal skin issues. Yes, it is a little expensive, but the products used are excellent and the insight you can gain from asking questions about the process is invaluable. The actual location is beautiful and private, the waiting area and rooms for treatments are comfortable and cosy. In my experience too, the facialists are a wonderful listening ear - which they absolutely do not have to do, but that is very appreciated. I have always found the staff professional and helpful and leave feeling like a new person every time.

I've been a loyal customer of PfefferSal for nearly 2 years now. Beautiful location with amazing service throughout. Have had treatments from all the therapists - can't fault any of them! Their products respond really well to my skin and I can't live without my monthly facials now!

I had an appointment booked at Pfeffer Sal and had to cancel in the morning of the appointment. Pfeffer Sal charged me the full cancellation fee (much more than a normal facial) without even contacting me or responding to my voicemail. I called again and was assured that I had actually received a phone call and that I had referenced SMS confirmations in my voicemail, which was clearly not the case. I sent information/ screenshots proving that there was no phone call or sms, and again never heard from them again. Not a bad spa, but really poor customer service and attitude with customers, which will make me not go there again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

A lovely, relaxing place. I felt my shoulders relax before my facial even started. It's expensive but you get what you pay for. A wonderful way to spend an hour or two.

Went here for a standard £140 faical. I missed my appointment by accident which they very kindly changed. The salon was beautiful, very clean and well designed. The staff where very nice and well informed! I told my facailst about my sensitive skin, but after the facail my skin was red which is totally to be expected. But the day after my skin on my face broke out in bad ezcma. It was so bad I had to take a day off work as make up just couldnt cover up the dryness or redness of my skin. A few days later the areas where there was 'extraction' there was almost scaring of the skin.

On arriving at Pfeffer Sals very discreet entrance you go down the stairs to a very lovely old central London basement into the spacious and very stylish treatment room. As they only treat one customer at a time it immediately feels very private and bespoke. I had an hour and a halfs bespoke facial with Tarryn. She started with a really deep clean and moved onto a range of different treatments- mainly using Environ products. She studied at the Environ clinic in South Africa and her knowledge and expertise really shone through the whole experience. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep at one point and came out feeling refreshed and glowing. The effect actually got better the next day. If you're looking for a professional expert facial with real results I would highly recommend Tarryn and Pfeffer Sal. One of the best facials I've had.

By far the best facial I have ever had! Tarryn is a miracle worker. Bit pricey but worth every penny.
